Method
We use Paypal as the method to collect payment. For government parties, and for those who absolutely cannot use Paypal, please complete the first part of the registration form only then contact Janice Spadafore, spadafore@presencing.com, to complete the process.

Cancellation
Amount paid minus a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded for all cancellations received before February 6, 2009.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after February 6, 2009.

Participants will learn:
  • The core principles and practices of the U-process
  • How to apply the U-process to initiate profound change
  • Deep listening and dialogue practices
  • Tools for all seven Theory U Leadership capacities
  • Ways to enhance their capacity to deal with current leadership challenges
  • Ways to enhance their capacity to access the authentic self
  • How to access a global network of change makers who use the U process of Presencing to effect profound innovation and change (a global community of practice)

Who should participate?
Change makers and leaders in business and government, as well as those working in community contexts. This is a foundational (not an advanced) program. No prior experience with the U-process or Presencing is required. Participants should bring a professional interest in applying the U-process to change initiatives.
